Yunnan’s coffee-growing regions are undergoing rapid change. Farmers continue to navigate significant challenges: limited access to quality, science-based technical training, increasing pest and disease pressures, greater climate variability, and the urgent need for improved wastewater systems and responsible land-use management. These realities reinforce the need for long-term, regenerative approaches that support both ecosystems and the communities that rely on them. 

Our newly launched project sets out a clear path for meaningful impact. Over the next five years, it will reach 5,580 farmers, including  500 special education students, strengthening livelihoods, improving environmental stewardship, and contributing to a more transparent and ethical coffee supply chain.
