ACOM Vietnam 'Love Our Origins': Connecting with local coffee-growing communities
From 16 to 19 September 2026, 26 colleagues from ACOM, our subsidiary in Vietnam, travelled to Chư Sê (Gia Lai) and Măng Đen for the first 'Love Our Origins' trip, an initiative that brings colleagues closer to the coffee-growing communities behind the products they work with every day.
Over four days, the group attended a kindergarten handover ceremony where they presented gifts to over 200 children, visited three families, and met with local farmers. The conversations and shared moments gave colleagues a closer understanding of daily life in the coffee-growing regions, and a deeper appreciation for the people behind every coffee bean.

The Love Our Origins trip reflects our belief that understanding where coffee comes from means recognising the people, knowledge and dedication behind it. The trips are expected to continue, giving more colleagues the opportunity to connect with coffee-growing communities and contribute alongside them.

The ACOM team would like to thank everyone who took part, the organising committee for its work, and the communities of Chư Sê and Măng Đen for their warm welcome. Watch the video below to see how the trip went!
