ECOM offices celebrate International Women's Day
Our ECOM teams around the world celebrated International Women's Day in various ways this month. The day was an opportunity to recognise the contributions of women across our company and throughout the agricultural communities we work with.
This year's theme, Give to Gain, highlights how progress on gender equality is built through shared efforts– whether through knowledge, support, visibility, advocacy, donations, education, training, mentoring, or time. Contributing to women's advancement helps create a more equitable and interconnected world.
To support this reflection, we wanted to understand what Give to Gain means to our colleagues. The initiative was open to everyone within our company, as advancing gender equality requires broad participation and shared responsibility.
The responses, alongside local initiatives and office events, contributed to discussions across teams and helped highlight the many ways colleagues are supporting one another and strengthening our workplace culture.
We hope you enjoy some of the images from the day shared by our teams across the globe!
