Agroarriba recognised among Ecuador’s Best Places to Work® for Women

We are proud to share that Agroarriba, ECOM’s operation in Ecuador, has been recognised among the Best Places to Work for Women 2025, ranking 6th in the Great Place to Work® Ecuador list in the 50-150 employees category.

This recognition reaffirms our commitment to female leadership in the agricultural and cocoa industry, where we aspire to promote equity, inclusion, and the creation of real opportunities for more women to grow, inspire, and lead with impact.

Across ECOM, we believe that strengthening opportunities for women is essential for long-term sustainable development. Our work culture is built on the belief that a sustainable future for the soft commodities sector depends on the talent, perspectives, and leadership of women at all levels of the organisation.

We'd like to take a moment to recognise the collective efforts of the entire Agroarriba team for consistently strengthening this culture, and special thanks to the management team whose leadership and commitment have been key to achieving this milestone: Priscillia Morisset, Lisette Rodriguez, Shirley Bayona, María José Bermeo, Monica Mena, Vicente Ortiz Ramirez, and Fernando Murillo.
