Wishing Jürgen Bahlke a happy retirement!

This month, we’d like to take a moment to say farewell to a true pillar of our company, Jürgen Bahlke, as he moves into retirement.

After almost 50 years in the industry, Jürgen has helped shape ECOM for many years – as a Managing Director, and above all as a person and colleague. He now moves on to enjoy a well-earned time with family and pursue personal projects.

We wish you all the best in this new chapter Jürgen, and thank you for your many years of dedication, leadership, and friendship.

ECOM Colombia: Integrating our values, strengthening our identity

At ECOM Colombia / Condor Specialty Coffee, we have been building a solid identity for more than 12 years, one that is grounded in respect, honesty, transparency and excellence. These principles continue to guide our decisions and shape our organisational culture.

The recent launch of the ECOM Group Values provided an opportunity to reflect on how the values we have cultivated locally align with the wider vision of our company. As a result, we have begun integrating our local values with the Group’s values, strengthening a shared identity that connects us more closely across the organisation.

Through the 2025 values integration workshops, we have already reached 150 of our 240 employees. These sessions create space for reflection on how each individual contributes to the company and how our actions can positively influence the environments where we live and work. One of the most meaningful outcomes has been recognising that every team member plays a role in shaping our shared culture and contributing to a positive impact within our workplace and communities.

Looking ahead, we remain committed to creating more opportunities for dialogue and reflection that strengthen our culture and reinforce the human connections that define our organisation.
