Sharing Knowledge Across Origins in Latin America

During a recent meeting of ECOM managers from Peru and Ecuador in Mexico, Priscillia Morisset (Country Manager) joined Francisco Faus (Regional Origin Director) for a dialogue on the importance of sharing knowledge across origins.
Reflecting on ECOM’s experience across Latin America, Francisco noted: “The knowledge and experience accumulated across ECOM’s different origins is one of the business’s most valuable assets. When shared, it not only allows us to better serve our clients, but also to innovate and build stronger relationships with producers.”
His words highlight ECOM's value of connecting learnings between origins, strengthening regional collaboration, and building a more integrated vision for ECOM’s coffee and cocoa operations in Latin America. By creating spaces for exchange, teams are able to learn from one another, drive innovation, and generate greater value across the supply chain.
