Launch of ECOM Internal Employee Dashboard

Following the recent introduction of our new Careers Website and in-house recruitment software, we are pleased to announce the launch of the ECOM Group Internal Employee Dashboard.

The new Internal Vacancy page has been designed to make our internal vacancies more accessible and engaging for everyone across our global business.

Through the dashboard, employees can view both internal and external job openings and login in directly using single sign-on. The platform is available in multiple languages and supports employees who are interested in developing their careers within ECOM, whether within their local region or by exploring opportunities globally.

These internal opportunities support our commitment to developing talent by giving you the chance to explore new available roles and progress in your careers.

Vacancies will be advertised on the dashboard by the local HR Teams. We encourage you to regularly check the Internal Vacancy Page and stay informed about new opportunities.

Access the dashboard here. You can login to the dashboard via SSO, just like how to login to the Brand Centre. Once you click the link, it should recognise your credentials automatically.

We are now in the 3rd month of operating with our new Careers Website and Recruitment System.  The Global HR Team continues to develop these tools to support effective recruitment and provide clearer insights into the range of roles available at ECOM for both current employees and potential applicants.

If you haven't yet explored our new Careers site, please take a few minutes to take a look.
