Texworld Seminar 2025
Céleste Lilore, Sustainability Services Director at ECOM USA LLC, recently moderated a panel on “Regenerative Cotton: Building Resilience Across the Supply Chain” at Texworld in New York.
The session brought together more than 100 attendees, showcasing the power of collaboration across the cotton value chain. The panel featured a diverse group of industry leaders:
-
1. Todd Straley, CEO of Quarterway Cotton Growers (Farm/Gin)
-
2. Sandra Joyce, Director of Sustainability at J.Crew (Brand)
-
3. Hilda McDuff, President of Interloop USA (Mill)

During the panel, Sandra Joyce shared insights on J. Crew’s partnership with Quarterway, while ECOM LLC. together with Interloop noted that they had previously purchased US regenerative cotton from Quarterway as well. These connections open the door for future collaborations and strengthen optimism about building a more resilient and sustainable supply chain.

Reflecting on the event, Céleste noted that she was proud to have represented ECOM at this textile and fabric sourcing event in saying that “it was a moment that made us all feel proud, respected, and to connect the value chain in this meaningful way.”
