New Careers Page and Recruitment System

In HR, we are often recognized for maintaining stability– but we also innovate. The Global HR team is continually striving to enhance the way we have done things in the past, move with the times to improve our technology and systems, and ensure we solidify ECOM as an exciting company to be part of. One of our latest achievements is the complete revamp of our careers pages, with the launch of a new Global Careers Site and a Global Recruitment System.

Work has been going on across all our regions within the HR teams and Global Comms Team to create this new Careers page. Together, we’ve created an engaging and accessible way for candidates to explore our live vacancies in multiple languages. You can view the new site here! https://careers.ecomtrading.com/

The new recruitment software will help streamline our recruitment processes, promoting best practice across the Group. It has been designed to balance global consistency with local flexibility by offering regional areas and multiple languages for both users and candidates.

The rollout began at the start of this month, with the Group Careers Page and Europe region now being live, and the US to follow later this month. By the end of 2025, all 8 regions covering all our operating countries will be rolled out through local HR Teams.

Another exciting part of this project is the development of an Employee Dashboard, which will allow colleagues to view open local and global roles across ECOM. This will be fully available by the end of 2025.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has helped us with this initiative so far– whether through design, communications, IT set-ups, or translations– this has been a great example of Collaboration across our teams worldwide.
