ECOM Values – April 2025 Update
We're excited to share an update on what’s next in our global journey with the ECOM Values.
As a quick refresher, our five company-wide values– Innovation, Inclusivity, Excellence, Integrity, and Collaboration– reflect who we are, what we stand for, and how we work together across teams, regions, and with our partners around the world. In short, the values are here to reinforce the principles that define our organisation and guide our everyday work.
The attached flyer gives a snapshot of what to expect in 2025, including the exciting launch of a new company-wide mission statement to accompany our values.
We look forward to seeing how these initiatives help us continue to build a strong, OneECOM culture.
