ECOM Coffee Price List
The Global Coffee Operations team is excited to announce the launch of our new Digital ECOM Coffee Price List, an initiative designed to make accessing ECOM coffee offers faster, clearer, and more efficient across the group for ECOM traders and customers.
What it does
Traders: A single database of all ECOM coffee offers with the ability to view, share, and generate PDFs – plus visibility of customer interest in specific coffees.
Customers: A centralised database of all ECOM coffee offers where they can register interest in specific coffees, putting them in direct contact with traders.
Who can access?
This platform is designed to be used by ECOM Traders (to update and view coffee offers) and Customers (to view and register interest in ECOM coffee offers)
What's changing
Previously shared as PDFs from various offices, coffee offers are now accessible through a single, centralised online platform. This ensures everyone works from the same up-to-date information, reducing duplication and minimising errors.
PDF still available
Users can generate PDF versions directly from the platform, whether for the group or specific entities, so we maintain the flexibility to provide customers with printable documents alongside digital access.
User types
